From 2017 to 2021, my time at the University of Texas at Dallas often required me to design posters or create presentations to pass several of my courses. On this page, I’ve highlighted a subject from a marketing project I did with a partner back in 2019.


Research in Action


Taste is a sparkling water brand that doesn’t actually exist; the goal was to create an advertisement for the fictitious drink using market research. My partner and I assembled a series of questions relating to college student preferences for carbonated beverages, and after days of compiling and analyzing the results, I created this print ad to promote a previously-described strawberry-basil drink.


The requirements of the project were purely to assemble the print advertisement. Out of personal interest, I expanded the design to a framed poster that might be placed in a restaurant, and a lamppost banner that would indicate “taste” as a brand sponsor.
